La Giannini Acres has never rented RVs or Tents on our Farm.

We did and have removed since, a page on this site that was offering Travelers a place to stay for the Summer Concert that is on a Farm 2 miles down the Road for the Kid Rock and others for the weekend.  Our neighbors allow RVs to come and stay for the winter and train their horses.  We were going to be offering the same services our neighbors do, but the plans were pushed out till our home would be built, then the barn.  In the meantime we were going to be referring Travelers to the neighbors to house their horses. 

Since Covid we have been working on building our future home on the Farm and have the engineering plans to submit for a permit.  The builders we were engaged with in Chiefland could not get their contractors out to the farm so we decided in the end to not build and just buy a home in Gainesville, which we did.  During this time commuting from South Florida to Reddick, we would stay in our RVs till we had a home and sold our place down south.  We had parked the RVs on our Farm and all know our dogs stayed in one and we stayed in another.  Our neighbors know this as some came over to let our dogs out from time to time.

We were contacted by Code enforcement to remove all our RVs, a Tent we had up for winter camping and to remove electric we paid a contractor to install.  We learned Chicken Little filed a complaint after the Bottom Feeder that received Free land for over 2.5 years and did not take care of it, was asked to move his horses to his own side.  The Bottom Feeder was treated like family since we arrived and never had a problem with us till now.  We gave the Bottom Feeder Free Internet, had him over for movies, dinner, UFC, gave him the table he eats his meals on, helped him and his wife when needed, notified him when his horses were out and in exchange heard him say the most horrific things about everyone else on the farm, not to mention the photos he texted me on 1/4/2023 while at the condo resort with his wife (show her BF).    He went around to the neighbors and told them stories that we had people visiting fishing in their pond and other eronious things. The sad truth is they all believe this man that they have never shared a meal with or wanted to have a relationship with prior... A simple phone call, text or drive over and just ask or better yet, see for yourself, than stir the drama on a farm that all should live in peace and look out for one another.  We are in the process of becoming compliant, as it was never our intention to cause any violations.
