La Blog

2024 Came in like a Hurricane bringing much Joy with a splash of Drama. Outside of what happened with Chicken Little and the Bottom Feeder, 2 of our Does gave birth, but unfortunately only Thunder has survived. Jolene gave birth to still borns and Penelope lost 2 out of 3 (Amanda just passed this morning). We welcome Thunder to the Family and plan on having him join the herd once he can. Till then he is happy with Mo m . We did find our perfect home in Gainesville after trying to build on the farm for 2 years. We wanted to build our custom home, but after 2 builders fell through, so did our confidence. The timing was perfect since when we looked in Feb, our home was just listed for 4 days. We brought Cannan in from South Florida to work with our new friend Denise to make this deal go as smooth as one can expect. We were able to move 2 of the RVs and the 3rd is now for sale: https://www.rvtrader.com/listing/2021-Keystone-AVALANCHE+390DS-5030876278 We are also looking for a builder to create a small home on the Farm. We noticed our neighbor in the front hired a builder for his home and will see if they can do ours. This was a lot to do in the first quarter of the year but we got through it and now we are starting with a clean slate.
